This is a LEAVE NO TRACE, pack it in and pack it OUT event. You are asked to contribute at least 10% of your total time at DECOM to clean up. Art installations, theme camps, fire and aerial performers are not owned or operated by Participatory Projects NYC and you assume all risk of injury arising from their operation. These activities should all be considered very dangerous and you are present at DECOM and in proximity to any activity at your own risk and hereby agree to hold harmless Participatory Projects NYC, LLC from any and all liability related to any injury or death that may result from your presence at this event. You appoint Participatory Projects NYC as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that Participatory Projects NYC has no obligation to take action. All vehicles including trucks, trailers and RVs entering and exiting the parking lot are subject to search by Staff of Participatory Projects NYC. Tickets are nonrefundable even if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to harsh weather, acts of nature, government regulation or conditions beyond Participatory Projects NYC’s control. This ticket is a revocable license that may be revoked by Participatory Projects NYC for any reason. Use other than personal use of images Participatory Projects NYC, on a book cover or in any advertisement, is prohibited without prior written consent of Participatory Projects NYC. “DECOM” in the title of any publication or in any advertisement is prohibited without prior written consent of Participatory Projects NYC. Participatory Projects NYC is not liable for acts of God, or actions taken by government agencies. Children under 18 years of age, can attend this event only accompanied by a parent or guardian, and any person bringing a child to the event agrees for the child to the contractual terms of this ticket.
